This is our most robust type of engagement. It includes all three of our core offerings, and takes you through a complete strategy, implementation, and reflection process that aligns with your mission, vision, values, appetite for risk, and institutional legacy. We begin by working with your Board and Leadership on your vision and strategy for supporting locally led organizations and then dive into the practical nuts and bolts of your grantmaking processes and portfolio composition.

We specialize in working with nonprofits that are navigating the transition from international leadership to local leadership and/or co-leadership models. We know from first hand experience what an important organizational milestone this transition can be, and have experienced the potential for growth and impact that it can unlock. We are also familiar with the inherent challenges that come with any leadership transition, and which are magnified when the transition includes a pivot to local leadership or co-leadership.

We provide one on one coaching and mentorship to nonprofit leaders. We specialize in supporting local leaders who are facing an organizational inflection point – whether that is transition or scale. Our coaching model focuses on supporting your personal leadership development, as well as helping you to grow your organization.
